HOT MILK PUNCH RECIPE


Ingredients

  • 9 cl Milk (full fat milk)
  • 4 cl Cognac
  • 2 cl Dark rum
  • 1,5 cl Honey
  • 0,5 cl Pimento Dram

Preparation

Pour all ingredients in a saucepan. Warm up the mixture (between 60-70 degrees) and stir until the honey is dissolved. Serve it in a wine glass, preferably warmed in advance, sprinkle a dash of white pepper on top, and voilà!
