Whisky Twist 


  • 4 cl Whiskey
  • 2 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cl Sugar syrup (can be purchased or prepared with equal parts of water and sugar boiled together and stored in a glass bottle)
  • One dash of aromatic bitter
  • Cava



Mix all the ingredients with the exception of Cava and bitter and stir well. Serve in a champagne flute, top with Cava according to taste and finish off with a dash of  bitter.
